TRUE PROGRESS IS THAT WHICH MAKES TECHNOLOGY AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE
The arches of the Access Control System are a fully expandable modular multimedia platform based on management software, terminals (Control Arches) and a central server which detects the passage of people who pass through the Arches. The Arches are portable for easy installation.
Its operation is very simple: Each participant is given an accreditation card (ID) with their personal details: Name, type or category of assistance and company name (even, if required, a photograph taken by webcam on registration of the participant). The arch has a device that captures the signal emitted from the accreditation card, extracting the information and passes the data to the processing subsystem. To complete this process the participant has only to pass through the Arch.
This system allows full control over the attendance and participation of both Conference and the halls, and any area or point of interest where you want to monitor or assess the impact of assistance: accredited sessions, lunches, restricted activities, etc. . .
Each card can be preprogrammed to give permission of access (or not) to the room or area in question. A green or red light lights-up depending on the permission of access the participant has when passing through the Arches. This whole procedure can be extracted using a database (in Excel format) permissible on any computer. With this information, for example, the Technical Secretariat can prepare a data base of people who have achieved accreditation by their attendance to the controlled area.
