- Providing ongoing support and assistance in the management of protocol.
- Contact with public administrations with the aim of institutional support.
- To coordinate and supervise the proper implementation of institutional events during their execution.
- To coordinate with the invited Protocol authorities to ensure the proper implementation of the management protocol and also to ensure the management of invited guests in accordance with the applicable law according the type of event.
- The development of a protocol program, with sequences and schedules of activities and the preparation of official speeches, for the invited authorities and guests.
- To prepare and issue invitations to official events and the subsequent control of the confirmations. Develop and maintain the different listings of guests.
- The planning of logistics for guests and to supply assistance when necessary.
- To coordinate with the Press Office the various manners of the diffusion and organization of press conferences, press releases, sending of invitations and general contact with the media.
- Supervision of the decoration and ambientation for the correct development of activities.
- The sending of letters of appreciation upon the completion of the event
